As a new educator, I have become increasingly aware of my role and responsibilities in the classroom. Though the prospect of being responsible for student learning is a daunting notion, it inspires me to continue pursuing the knowledge of current research-based ‘best practices’ for the success of all of my students. The more I think about my new career, the more in-love I fall with it.
